How I used real-time analytics to diagnose an 80% bounce rate and re-engineered the onboarding flow to drive product-led growth.
Upon soft-launching "Horadric AI" (a Gemini-powered loot analyzer), I drove 280+ users in 24 hours. However, analytics revealed a critical friction point: users were hitting the "API Key" login wall and bouncing in < 3 seconds.
